2nd qualifying session - the starting grid

After eight hours of qualifyings overall, everything is going for the best for the Seikel Motorsport team. The cars will start from the 5th and 9th places on the grid. "But the position at start is not important as the Le Mans 24h race is a very long race. I'm very happy with the performance of the cars. Alex did a good lap and he was far from 100% of the car's potential. As for the second car, Tony Burgess did his best lap on this circuit and the other two drivers improved their times too", team manager Peter Seikel said.

With a time of 4:11.490, the #83 is the quickest of the Seikel Porsches.The session was used also to test different Yokohama tyre compounds and to decide a setup for the race.
